The League of Ohio Sportsmen and Ohio Wildlife Federation announced today the Saturday program for the 102nd Annual Meeting and Convention to be held February 12-14 at the Comfort Inn Hotel in Marietta. “Sportsmen Make a Difference” is the theme for the weekend.

The program, which is open to the public, will include a special presentation on Wind Power Solutions made by Star Sailor Energy along with presentations from the Ohio Division of Wildlife, the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance, the National Rifle Association, the Ohio Environmental Council, the National Wildlife Federation, and The Nature Conservancy. Completing the day’s schedule is the Annual Conservation Awards Banquet, which will include a keynote address by Andy Thompson of the Bird Watcher’s Digest.

A limited number of tickets for the President’s Luncheon and Awards Banquet will be available at the door. Tickets for the President’s Luncheon are $20.00, and for the Awards Banquet are $40.00 and can be purchased in advance by contacting the League office at (614) 224-8970. A full convention package, including tickets for both the luncheon and the banquet is available for $95.00 either in advance or at the convention office at the hotel starting 4:00pm Friday February 12th.
